Registration Instructions

(The early bird fees until Aug. 15, 2023)

Welcome to CSD&M 2023.

All registration and payment must be made online prior to Oct. 25th, 2023. On-site application and payment are not acceptable. The conference follows No Paper, No Podium; No Podium No Paper Policy. Authors must register and pay before the early-bird registration deadline to get their presentation arranged and papers included or published. At least one author must register and pay the registration fee in order to present. Each registered presenter can at most present two papers. Registration will only be confirmed after payment is done.

For now, all non-Chinese travellers entering China will need a VISA. Please apply for an invitation letter during the online registration. For more information on visas please refer to http://2023.csdmconference.com/Data/View/2245.

Registration Categories and Fee:

Registration fee includes:

1. Attendance of all the sessions of CSD&M2023.
2. Paper collection on an online database for free download.
3. Final program, name badge and materials bag.
4. Coupons for lunches on Oct. 30th and 31st, and refreshments
5. Coupons for conference banquet with performance on Oct. 31st is not included. It can be purchased at 800 RMB(100EUR) per person.

Methods of Payment: Online transaction

Please notify your registration number in the remittance information column. The commission fee shall be borne by the registrant.

Techinical visit to Beihang University(Shahe),including:

2. 4 meters×3 meters Aeroacoustic Wind Tunnel
3. Future Aero Engine Collaborative Design Center

Registration Cancellation and refund:

Cancellation must be made in writing no later than Sep. 20, 2023. 30% of the registration fee will be charged as administration cost, the rest will be refunded; cancel after this date or fail to attend, no money will be returned. The registration fee can be transferred to another delegate.

Paper Withdrawal

In case of paper withdrawal, please propose it before July. 25th, 2023 in writing to mengyuguo@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn. Beyond this date, no withdrawal can be made.

Accommodation

We highly recommend you to stay at the venue hotel. Very preferable price is available for conference delegates.
