Bio

Dr. Yao Junchen is currently the Vice President and Secretary General of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics(CSAA). His expertise lies in social organization management and medal materials and thermal treatment. Dr. Yao gained his master and doctor degree at Beihang University (BUAA) . Before heading over CSAA since 2018, he has taken multiple positions within the aviation industry, including the AVIC headquarters, AVIC Foundation Technology Research Institute and AVIC Changcheng Institute of Metrology & Measurement for nearly 30 years. He has rich experience in scientific management and profound understanding about the aeronautical technology system construction and administration.
