• Dr. Lv, a member of the Chinese Automation Association and a researcher at the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is currently a member of the Board of Governors (BoG) of the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society, the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Magazine, and an Editorial Board Member of the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, Acta Automatica Sinica, and the Journal of Intelligent Science and Technology. His research areas include AI for Transportation, Autonomous Driving and Intelligent Transportation, and Parallel Transportation. His single highest Google Scholar citation exceeds 2,800 times, and he has won 8 best conference/journal papers (including the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Transactions George N. Saridis Best Transactions Paper Award, the IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica Qian Xuesen Paper Award, etc.), the 2021 IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Magazine Outstanding Editor Award, and the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Outstanding Application Award.Dr. Lv received his Ph.D from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Complex Systems Management and Control, Beijing, 100190, China. he is also affiliated with the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include artificial intelligence for transportation, intelligent vehicles, and parallel traffic management and control systems.
